Executive Chef / Owner
I have always dreamed of owning my own restaurant and knew that some day this would become a reality. I was born and raised in Conroe Texas and have been a Texas transplant in CA since 2009. I have been a chef for more than 20 years and enjoy all aspects of culinary creations. People often ask me why open a restaurant in Lincoln? When Linda and I moved our family here to Lincoln in Jan’ 14 it felt like home and I knew I had found the right place to bring my love of Texas BBQ. We work very hard to make every experience the best and most authentic possible. Linda and I would like to personally thank everyone for their support and patronage. We hope to have many long and happy years in Lincoln and serving the community we now call home.
